RITMOCORE

RITMOCORE focusses on the treatment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, who are or will use a pacemaker. This approach includes a combination of:

• supporting GPs
• integration of carepathways
• remote monitoring of pacemakers at a distance
• to motive vital functions at home
• patient activitation
• alliging goals of all stakeholders.

To realise this approach, RITMOCORE works to change the buyer's tender model of products to buying complimentairy services that are tendered by hospitals. During the project, services will be tendered in four countries and evaluated to determine whether this approach works or not.
