Wellbeing

Optimalisation of the working environment!

Europe is confronted with a ageing population which has to work longer, putting a big pressure on the social system. Problems, both physical as mental, occur more often with elderly. Therefore, Wellbeing develops applications for the working environment, adjust to the specific wishes and needs.

The project developed a healthcare system to keep people physically and mentally healthy. When people remain vital longer, then they usually are more satisfied with their work and life and therefore, more productive. The systems focusess on four bulletpoints: ergonomics (sitting posture), nutrition, movement and stressmanagement, of which the data is measured, generated and monitored.

Improvement of the physical and mental condition of the employees will decrease burn-outs long term. A better muscle tension for the profession itself is not necessary, but it is for the general wellbeing. It is not the intention to make people work harder, but more fitting to their capabilities.
