Wide bank on the countryside

The aim of the project “Digitale Zaligheden” is to provide broadband internet provision in the countryside. Through effort of volunteers and events in different Kempen municipalities, citizens were informed about the possibilities of optical fiber and the ICT community platform that has been rolled out. The projectgroup has, together with the citizens, created, developed and implemented new services, in oder to create independently new initiatives for welfare, employment and cohesion.
